Shipping policy

Most orders will be processed in 7 -10 business days after the order is placed. The item will then be shipped 1-5 business days after the order processing is completed. However, during certain times of the year (holidays or inclement weather seasons) there may be extended order processing and shipping times. Please Note: We are not responsible for any delays that our national or international shipping partners may experience due to covid 19, inclement weather, emergencies, or other issues. All items shipped within the United States will be shipped by the United States Postal Service or UPS unless otherwise noted. International Shipments may be shipped by the USPS or by other shipping partners such as UPS or DHL.  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and return shipping costs for their order including delivery costs in the United States, international delivery costs, international customs charges, international import fees, international inspection charges, international brokerage fees, international delivery fees, and other additional charges related to international shipments.
